Smart Work or Hard Work ?

By on June 29, 2024

No smart work, no hard work, “Work Is Work”.

Success is just the byproduct of work

For example, we can see Dr. Homi Bhava, Jagadish Chandra Bose, Ramanujam, Chandra Gupta Maurya, Atal Vihari Bajpayee, Narendra Modi, APJ Abdul Kalam, Dasrath Manjhi, Kapil Dev, Sachin Tendulkar, MS Dhoni, Swami Vivekananda, Dhirubhai Ambani, Gautam Adani and also the actors of OTT fame “Panchayat” web series And Manoj Bajpayee, Pankaj Tripathi, Sanjay Mishra, Irrfan Khan, Nawazuddin Siddhiqui, Vinay Pathak, etc.

Highlighting individuals who achieved success through their hard work and dedication, across various fields such as science, politics, business, and entertainment. Each of these figures mentioned here has indeed demonstrated that consistent effort and perseverance can lead to significant accomplishments. Whether it’s scientific innovation, leadership, entrepreneurial success, or artistic achievement, their stories exemplify the idea that sustained effort often leads to success, regardless of the field.

There is no substitute of skill & real talent.

Marketing can bring temporary attraction but talent can deliver and make a long lasting impression.

It’s always better to be deserving instead of being privileged, Form is temporary & skill is forever.

Do the work you love & love the work you do, Else change your work because work is workship. Respect the work.

This blog is to help the people who are suffering by Layoff.

Be clear and answer the question to the point.

Highlight your expertise or experience related to required skillset set according to job description. You can do the same in your resume and also in interaction with the interview.

Job Location, Notice Period and CTC are also important things to be addressed.

Practice makes Perfect at the same time no one is perfect. Keep leering and practicing. The interview wants to see the confidence in a candidate and it will come from practice and experience. Real Story Of a Recruiter

By on June 4, 2020

Life is awesome

Talked to an old friend today.

Today he owns the country’s largest security and private aviation company.

The amazing thing is that once he wanted a job, perhaps due to the need of money and one of my contact was looking for some sales man. I introduced them both. It was found out that the man had taken a bribe of 1500 rupees from that poor boy for a job of 4 5 thousand and got him to work and did not give him any money.

Can’t feel good

But that friend said that brother, But I Learnt marketing at that place and I m successful today due to u. Thanks to you.

Then it also came to my mind that today I run HR Firm.

But this is what I have been doing since childhood, my first shortlisted candidate today is the top man.

What my eye

But testimonial cannot be demanded from him 🤔

Life is a lesson ! KEEP LEARNING
