The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead academic planning, policy-making, and program quality.
• Drive innovation in curriculum and pedagogy.

• Guide faculty hiring, training, and development.

• Oversee academic budgets and resource planning.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance (UGC, AICTE, NAAC).

Qualifications & Experience:

• PhD with education from reputed institutions.
• 15+ years of academic/administrative experience; 5+ in leadership roles (e.g., Dean, Principal, Director).
• Strong research portfolio, curriculum development, and governance experience.
• Proven record in mentoring research scholars and securing grants.
• Exposure to international academic collaborations and quality assurance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
